Darren,
So far it seems to be closer to what I want from DPaint than
Animator Studio, although Animator Studio is a pretty cool program too.
I haven't really had time to use either one very much though. One of
the advantages to Anim Paintbox is that many of the keyboard
equivalents are the same as DPaint, as is most of the interface.
